lx-sw-btn
The lx-sw-btn is a 2HP eurorack module with 4 customizable switches/buttons enabled CV outputs!
With two buttons and two switches, the lx-sw-btn enables four CV "on-off" outputs. By default, the output is set to 0-5V, but each output can be fine-tuned through front-panel adjustment holes ranging from -10V to +10V. This will allow you to use the switches not only as triggers but also for precise CV control.
I made the lx-sw-btn to replace a prototype made without PCB, used mostly to generate trigger during module development.
The final module is extremely compact (2HP). This small form factor has been possible thanks to a single double-sided PCB.
This PCB contains on top:
invert polarity protection and input filtering
buttons switch and output jack
tuning potentiometers
And on the bottom:
the main logic with op-amp
output 10k impedance and RC debounce filter
The front panel is also made from a PCB. Both main board and front panel were made using PCBWay services.

The lx-sw-btn can being fine-tuned through the front panel via the 4 potentiometers. The output can be set to a precise CV voltage from -10V to 10V.
This functionality makes it a useful tool to generate trigger or more complex CV source, while its compact 2HP design ensures it doesn’t take up unnecessary space.
